Abdias Lira

Abdias (Abe) Lira is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Architecture at Cox Automotive Inc. since June 2018. Previously, Abdias held significant positions at Wolters Kluwer, where contributions included adopting Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to enhance value delivery and designing a robust Azure PaaS Cloud solution. With a background as Vice-President of Software Engineering at VMP Mortgage Solutions and co-founder of Formax Software Ltd., Abdias has a proven track record in leading software development teams and implementing innovative solutions. Abdias holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Oakland University and is pursuing an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
