Donna Stephenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and integration within the automotive and consulting industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of M&A Integration Program Management at Cox Automotive Inc. since January 2014, Donna leads cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate acquired companies while supporting due diligence efforts. Prior roles include AVP of Transformation, where strategic initiatives improved the company's operating model, and Director of Program Management, overseeing a team of senior program managers. Donna's career began at First Union National Bank and included significant positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Autotrader. An MBA graduate from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida State University, Donna has consistently demonstrated leadership and innovation throughout a diverse career.
