Jennifer Frey Flynn

Jennifer Frey Flynn, MS, currently serves as the Manager of Change Enablement at Cox Automotive Inc. since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Organizational Change Manager at Jabil from January 2019 to October 2022, and Independent Consultant specializing as a Sales and Marketing Manager from January 2017 to December 2018. Jennifer also held various positions at TIC Gums, including Southeast Asia Sales Manager and Communications Manager, and worked at Baltimore Gas & Electric as Senior External Affairs Coordinator, Acting Manager of Smart Grid Customer Communications, Senior Community Relations Specialist, and Change Management Consultant. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts & Design with a focus on Corporate Communications and a minor in Writing and Rhetoric from James Madison University, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Towson University.
