With experience in various companies such as Cox Automotive Inc., State Farm, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Marriott International, Siteworx, FGM, and Razorfish, Katy has led user experience projects, designed digital products, and advocated for small business owners. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Product Design from Georgia Institute of Technology, Katy has a wealth of experience in developing user interfaces, conducting user research, and leading requirements-gathering sessions.
