Kelvin Flores

Kelvin Flores is a seasoned professional in software implementation and project management, currently serving as a Senior Software Implementation Project Manager at Cox Automotive Inc. since October 2022. In this role, Kelvin configures digital retailing solutions, ensures compliance and quality, coordinates with stakeholders, and maintains documentation for project implementation. Prior to this, Kelvin held various positions at Xtime, including Senior Performance Consultant and Senior Field Implementation Consultant, managing client relationships and overseeing project deployments. Kelvin also possesses experience as a Client Service Representative at Dealertrack Technologies and has contributed to the HR Solutions and NC Department of Transportation in various support roles. Kelvin holds a degree in English Education from Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador.
