Neeka Jeter

Neeka Jeter is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in change enablement and internal communications. Currently serving as Director of Change Enablement at Cox Automotive Inc. since May 2024, Neeka has held various roles including Associate Director of Global Internal Communications at Americares and Global Internal Communications Manager at SWM International. With a background as a Communications Consultant at Jeter Communications since February 2016 and prior positions such as Senior Communications Manager at Autotrader US and Communications Manager at Manheim, Neeka has demonstrated expertise in strategic communication across multiple industries. Neeka began a career rooted in media and education with a BA in Journalism and a BA in Radio, Television & Film Production from Clark Atlanta University, completed in 1996.
