Nicholas Bowman

Nicholas Bowman is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Cox Automotive Inc. since January 2018, Nicholas oversees engineering teams that deliver innovative online marketplace solutions for dealerships. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked at RMS Automotive, also a Cox Automotive Company, as Manager of Software Engineering and Lead in Software Development, where contributions included the development of a web-based portfolio management platform. Nicholas’s career started at Bridgeline Digital, where roles included Director of Architecture for eCommerce and various positions in software development, culminating in a robust background that began with an IT/Software Development internship at Eagle Recognition. Nicholas holds a BS degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2007.
