Roya Montazeri

Roya Montazeri is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and program management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Test Automation at Cox Automotive Inc. since April 2019, Roya also holds the position of Advisor in Agile Program Management at CA Technologies since April 2015, where contributions include driving critical cross-functional projects to enhance delivery speed and productivity across multiple product lines. Prior roles at CA Technologies from 2006 to 2015 include Senior Principal Software Engineer, Principal Software Architect, and Senior Director, where Roya focused on standardizing quality models, improving documentation and training for integrated solutions, and proposing innovative business solutions across various products. Roya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
