Tom Sterling

Tom Sterling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of People Solutions Operations at Cox Automotive Inc., Tom has held significant roles at Highmark Health, including Vice President of HR Operations & Organizational Analytics and Vice President of HR Service Operations. Previous positions include Vice President of Global HR Shared Services and Director of Global HR Process Optimization at Mylan, along with leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, such as Director of Human Resources Services and Global Director of Customer Value. Tom began their career at Highmark as a Senior Business Consultant. Tom holds an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and an MBA in Business Administration from Waynesburg University.
