Andrea Wood

Andrea Wood has over two decades of experience in sales operations and management within the telecommunications and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Cox Communications since June 2013, Andrea specializes in optimizing sales processes, tools, and systems for the MDU team, leading enterprise-wide initiatives such as the Go All Digital project. Prior to this role, Andrea held various positions at Time Warner Cable from 2001 to 2013, including Account Manager and Area Sales Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing lead generation portals and securing service agreements in competitive markets. Earlier roles include Director of Sales at The Breakers Resort and Sales Manager at Ripley's Aquarium. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Coastal Carolina University.
