Carlos Aguilar

Carlos Aguilar is a highly experienced data scientist and engineer with a strong background in analytics and software development. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Cox Communications since January 2023, Carlos has progressed through various roles in data science and engineering, including positions at Universidad de Costa Rica, Gorilla Logic, and WebRTC. Carlos has a successful history of implementing data migration processes, optimizing system performance, and developing innovative solutions for real-time calculations and dashboards. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Professional Certificate in Data Science from Harvard Online, and a Master of Computer Science from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica. As the CTO of Guink, Carlos combines leadership with technical expertise, overseeing project management and system architecture while also working as a freelance web developer.
