Eric Rusiecki

Eric Rusiecki, MBA, is currently the Business Process Design & Improvement Manager at Cox Communications. They previously served as a Mid Office Supervisor at Randstad USA, where they led significant cost-saving initiatives and managed teams to optimize business processes. Eric has experience as a rowing coach at Emory University and the Atlanta Junior Rowing Association, mentoring young athletes. They also held roles at ProRelevant Marketing Solutions, analyzing data for marketing decisions, and worked as a sales associate at REI. Eric earned a Master of Business Administration in Analytics & Leadership from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Emory University.
