Jacques Ballard

Jacques Ballard, MBA, is an experienced telecom and broadband leader with a comprehensive background in overseeing technical operations at Cox Communications since September 2008, currently serving as Director of Operations. Prior roles include Regional Operation Manager and Process Improvement/QA Manager at Cox, where Jacques focused on performance management and streamlining workflows. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Community Relations at MAXIMUS, where a successful public relations strategy led to significant contract acquisition, and as Community Representative/Policy Advisor for the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. Jacques holds an MBA and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from San Diego State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of San Diego.
