Kathy Hatala is currently the Sr. Director of Sales at Cox Hospitality Group, where they lead a sales organization focused on innovative technology partnerships and enhancing customer satisfaction in the hospitality sector. Previously, Kathy held various leadership roles at MTV Networks, including VP of Affiliate Marketing, where they managed a $10 million budget and led a team to exceed corporate goals. They also served in executive positions for the WICT SE Chapter, promoting leadership development for women in the media and cable industries. Kathy's extensive experience includes managing national accounts and local ad sales at Turner Broadcasting and business development at Speakeasy Inc. They are currently pursuing a BA in Business Management at North Carolina State University.
