Melissa Cruts

Melissa Cruts, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Labor & Employee Relations at Cox Communications since August 2004. Prior roles include Director and HR Manager at Cox Communications, and HR Manager at The Home Depot from August 2000 to August 2004, where responsibilities included opening new stores, providing HR support for over 200 associates, and managing risk at the store level. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management/Human Resources from Northeastern State University.
