Michele Parks

Michele Parks currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Cox Automotive Inc. since June 2021, following a long tenure at Cox Communications that began in 2006. Positions held at Cox Communications include Vice President of Talent Management, Senior Vice President, and Vice President of Human Resources Service Delivery. Michele also served as Vice President of Human Resources for the South East Division at Charter Communications from 2001 to 2007.
