Pete Carolino Mba

Pete Carolino MBA, PMP has extensive experience in engineering and management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Director of Engineering at Cox Communications since 1999. Responsibilities include overseeing a 37-member engineering department with a $17M budget, directing the design and maintenance of advanced network systems. In addition to core engineering roles, Pete actively participates as Co-Chair of the Cox VA Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council and is a member of the Senior Leadership Council in Virginia. Prior experience includes military service as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve and roles in network engineering and telecommunications management at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND and Intelect. Pete holds an MBA from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Old Dominion University.
