Rich Maindon

Rich Maindon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network operations, currently serving as the Director of Network Operations at Cox Communications since October 1994. In this role, Rich oversees 29 Critical Facilities across four markets in the East Region, managing a diverse team of 50 technicians, engineers, and leaders. Rich has also held several key positions within Cox Communications, including MTC Operations Manager, Headend/MTC Supervisor, and Engineering Consultant. Prior to this, Rich worked as Operations Manager at VSI Media from June 1998 to June 1999. Rich's educational background includes studies at Southern New Hampshire University (2021-2025) and Manchester Community College (1990-1992), following graduation from East Catholic High School in 1990.
