Sheila Hicks

Sheila Hicks is a highly experienced executive in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Residential Sales at Cox Communications since November 2001. Throughout their career at Cox Communications, Sheila has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President/General Manager of Cox Homelife, Vice President of Sales Operations, and Executive Director of Sales Operations & Strategy. Prior to joining Cox, Sheila worked at MCI WorldCom Wireless (Choice Cellular) as Regional Vice President of Sales from 1994 to 2001. Sheila Hicks holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and has completed several executive education programs, including at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Harvard Business School, and the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
