Steve Baist

Steve Baist has over 24 years of experience in business analysis and graphic design, currently serving as the Business Analyst Manager for Salesforce and CPQ at Cox Communications since December 2018. In this role, Steve leads project initiatives to enhance Salesforce functionality for a large Enterprise organization. Prior to this, Steve worked at SATO America for nearly two decades, holding various positions including Salesforce Administrator, Graphic Design Supervisor, and Senior Graphic Designer. Steve's expertise spans Salesforce administration, project management, web and graphic design, and implementation processes. Steve holds a Graphic Design Certificate from The Art Institute of Charlotte and has additional education from the University of Düsseldorf.
