Tina General-Hodges

Tina General-Hodges is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Service Manager at Cox Communications since September 2008, Tina has successfully led the deployment of innovative products and coordinated cross-functional engineering teams. Previously, Tina held the position of Senior Program Manager at Charter Communications, overseeing a PMO team and ensuring regulatory compliance while implementing a new CRM tool. Tina's earlier roles include Director of Carrier Management at KMC Telecom, where expertise in regulatory processes was utilized, and Manager of Telco Cost at MCI, leading a financial analyst team in cost containment. Tina began a career at Sprint as a Regional Service Manager, providing strategic support across multiple states. Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Denver.
