Amy Harris

Amy Harris is a seasoned professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as a Sr Technical Talent Sourcer at Cox Enterprises since July 2022. Previously, Amy held various roles at Target, including Talent Sourcer and Sr. Events & Partnerships Specialist, from October 2017 to June 2022, and served as Senior Staffing Specialist. Earlier experience includes positions at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business as Assistant Director of Employer Relations and Recruiting Coordinator from September 2014 to July 2017, and as a Service Specialist at The Hartford from August 2013 to September 2014. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict and is currently pursuing further education at James Cook University.
