Brandon Hawthorne

Brandon Hawthorne is an experienced technical program manager currently serving as the Lead Technical Program Manager at Cox Enterprises since July 2021. In this role, Brandon acts as the Release Train Orchestrator and Scrum Master for the ServiceNow system, overseeing responsibilities such as quarterly forecasting, sprint capacity planning, release planning, and coaching delivery teams. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager, Brandon played a pivotal role in transitioning the ServiceNow team from a Waterfall methodology to Agile, contributing to various ServiceNow initiatives. Prior to Cox Enterprises, Brandon worked at RaceTrac for nearly 15 years, holding positions including Engineering Program Manager, where efforts included replacing the Projectmates system with ServiceNow, and Information Technology Project Manager, managing enterprise-wide initiatives. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology Project Management from Southern Polytechnic State University.
