Cliff Howe

Cliff Howe has extensive experience in enterprise applications and human resources, primarily at Cox Enterprises and its subsidiaries. Since November 2016, Cliff has held various senior roles, including Sr Manager of Enterprise Applications for both Talent Solutions and Learning Solutions. Prior to this, Cliff's leadership development roles involved significant projects such as implementing a unified Learning Management System and analyzing course inventory for over 15,000 training offerings. With a background in HR technology management spanning over a decade, including positions at Cox Communications, Cliff has demonstrated expertise in project leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and system integration. Cliff holds a BS in Business: Information and Decision Systems and a minor in Educational Technology from San Diego State University, as well as an AA in Spanish from Grossmont College.
