Jacob Smith

Jacob Smith is a seasoned technical consultant with extensive experience in software development and project engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at Cox Enterprises since November 2021, Jacob previously held consulting roles at Capgemini and worked at UPS as an HMI Developer & Project Engineering Supervisor, where responsibilities included designing and developing human machine interfaces for sortation machine activities across North America. Earlier, Jacob contributed as a Software Developer for Genuine Parts Company, focusing on backend Java development for predictive inventory modeling, and completed an internship with the City of Atlanta. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Business Intelligence and Database Management from Boston University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems specializing in Application Development from Georgia State University.
