Jamelia Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition - Early Talent at Cox Enterprises since October 2019, Jamelia has previously held senior management roles within the company, focusing on diversity and inclusion and customer experience. As President of Women in Entertainment, Media and Technology (WICT) Southeast in 2023, Jamelia further demonstrates a commitment to promoting women in the industry. Prior roles at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. included managerial positions in marketing and content distribution, where Jamelia supported network growth and coordinated ad sales partnerships.
