Karmen Bentley Blue, Ph.D., currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of People Analytics at Cox Enterprises, leading the development of an enterprise-wide People Analytics strategy and implementing advanced data techniques. Previously, Karmen held the position of Director of People Analytics at Microsoft, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership on diversity and inclusion. Karmen's extensive experience includes the role of Global Director of People Analytics at The Coca-Cola Company, where a multi-year analytics strategy was implemented. Karmen's career also spans various roles in organizational effectiveness and human resources at companies such as The Home Depot and Southern Fabricators, with a strong foundation in predictive analytics and research methodologies. Karmen holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Memphis, along with multiple degrees in Psychology from Florida State University.
