Karmen's career also spans various roles in organizational effectiveness and human resources at companies such as The Home Depot and Southern Fabricators, with a strong foundation in predictive analytics and research methodologies. Karmen holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Memphis, along with multiple degrees in Psychology from Florida State University.
