Michelle Davis

Michelle Davis is an accomplished compliance and risk assessment professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the AVP for Enterprise Risk Assessment & Compliance at Cox Enterprises since March 2024, Michelle oversees compliance risk assessment programs, focusing on regulatory risks and strengthening control measures. Prior to this role, Michelle founded Artemis Advisory in January 2023, a female-owned firm dedicated to advising companies on effective compliance strategies. At Cox Communications from March 2021 to December 2022, Michelle directed the revamp of the regulatory risk assessment program, while previous experience at PwC as a Director in Forensics involved internal investigations and the design of compliance controls. Michelle began a career in auditing with CohnReznick LLP in 2005 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
