Nakul Warrier

Nakul Warrier is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President of Litigation and Assistant General Counsel at Cox Enterprises since November 2021. Previously, Nakul held various positions at Ricoh USA, Inc., including Associate General Counsel and Director, Assistant General Counsel, managing patent, trademark, antitrust, and commercial litigation matters. Significant achievements include mediating and arbitrating over 20 litigation cases and resolving a major dispute at the International Trade Commission. Earlier in their career, Nakul was an Associate at Blank Rome LLP, focusing on criminal, antitrust, IP, and commercial litigation, and served as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, leading teams in developing customer relationship management systems. Nakul holds a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Villanova University, completed an Executive Education leadership program at Harvard Business School, and earned a BS in Economics from Penn State University.
