Terry Schramm

Terry Schramm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automotive digital strategy and operations management. Currently serving as Co-Chair of Operations for the Pride Employee Resource Group at Cox Enterprises since July 2023, Terry oversees key initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace, including the development of an LGBTQ+ mentorship program. Prior to this role, Terry has held various leadership positions at Cox Automotive Inc. since June 2016, currently as Director of Sales for AutoTrader.com and KBB.com, focusing on the automotive market in Washington and Oregon. With a career spanning over a decade, Terry has also contributed to Kelley Blue Book and Autotrader US in several impactful roles, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and sales excellence. Terry holds a degree from Washington State University.
