Wendy Nimmo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and construction management. Currently serving as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Cox HealthPlans since December 2015, Wendy specializes in the research and review of compliance guidelines related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, while actively supporting risk mitigation efforts within the healthcare delivery system. As the Owner and Administrator of The Nimmo Construction Company since May 2015, Wendy leads a general contracting business that offers a wide range of residential construction services. Wendy's legal experience includes roles as a Paralegal at The Morrissey Law Firm and as a Clerk at Lathrop & Gage LLP, along with early career experience as a Loan Processor at Midwest Lending. Wendy holds an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Vatterott College.
