Cory Pierce

Cory Pierce, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in the media and accounting sectors. Since November 2005, Cory has served as the Regional Director of Finance at Cox Media Group, overseeing finance operations for the Radio division across multiple markets. Previous roles at Cox Media Group include Director of Business Operations for both Tampa and Miami, Controller, and Assistant Controller, where responsibilities included managing finance and accounting operations. Prior experience includes managing land development budgets at Lennar and various accounting functions at Tampa Hillsborough Action Plan, Inc. and Wright Plumbing and Heating. Cory's career began in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, followed by positions that developed strong foundational accounting skills. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, as well as an Associate's degree in Accounting from Pikes Peak State College.
