Raymond Hernandez

Chief Raymond Hernandez has a distinguished career in radio and media, currently serving as the Director of Branding & Programming for WOEX Exitos 965 at Cox Media Group since October 2022. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Programming at VCMG LIVE, Program Director and Operations Manager at Revolution 93.5 FM, and various Program Director positions at iHeartMedia, where responsibilities encompassed multiple stations including Mia 92.1 and WMGE "Mega 949." Hernandez pioneered the first-ever Latin Music DJ service with Majestic Sounds Latin Record Pool in 1991, and held influential roles at Univision Communications and multiple music companies, including A&R positions at Sony Music Entertainment and BMG. A graduate of Miami Lakes Tech with a degree in Radio Broadcasting, Hernandez has made significant contributions to the development and exposure of Latin music.
