David MacNeil is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and project management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer, Director of Legal Technology, Chief Information Officer, Director of Project Management, and Manager of Litigation Support at Cox & Palmer. Previously, David was a Board Member at ALSP and Information Technology Manager at Ledgers Canada. David holds a Bachelor of Information Systems degree from St. Francis Xavier University, as well as certifications in Prosci Change Management and E-Discovery.
