April Ledom Sphr

April Ledom, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. April started their career at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta in 2000 as a Human Resources Intern. April then worked as a Human Resources Assistant from 2000 to 2003, and later as a Human Resources Associate from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, they returned to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and held the position of Senior Human Resources Associate from 2005 to 2008. April was then promoted to Assistant Vice President, Employment Manager, where they worked from 2008 to 2011.

In 2012, they joined TryCatchDev as the Human Resources and Operations professional, where they worked until 2020. During their time at TryCatchDev, they also joined Coxe Curry & Associates as the Director of Talent Management in 2012. In 2020, they became the Managing Director at Coxe Curry & Associates.

In 2020, they joined iResearch Atlanta as the Executive Director of Human Resources, where they worked until 2022. With their extensive experience and certifications, April Ledom has developed a strong foundation in the field of Human Resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

April Ledom, SPHR, SHRM-SCP attended Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business from 1996 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as the SHRM-SCP certification from the same institution. In 2018, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
