Andrew Hedgpeth

Andrew Hedgpeth has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at CoxHealth and previously holding the position of System Director of Benefits and Employee Relations. Prior to their tenure at CoxHealth, Andrew was a Recruiter at Mercy. Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Missouri State University from 2003 to 2009, and holds an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Ozarks Technical Community College, completed between 2001 and 2003.
