Brandon Posivak

Brandon Posivak is an Associate Attorney at Cozen O'Connor since August 2023, following a comprehensive legal education as a JD Candidate at Pepperdine Law from 2020 to 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Associate at Cozen O'Connor and a Legal Extern at Austin FC, as well as a Probate Law Research Assistant at Pepperdine Caruso Law. Earlier roles include book authorship with New Degree Press and internships across various firms, including Weinberg Gonser LLP and Claire Best & Associates. Brandon Posivak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Law from Lafayette College, where studies also included a minor in Anthropology and Sociology.
