Christian Moretti

Christian Moretti is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Partner and Chair of the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Practice at Cozen O'Connor since May 2020, Christian previously held positions as a Corporate Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. Additionally, Christian demonstrated leadership as President of the Columbia Law School Association from 2008 to 2011. Christian holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia Law School and a Juris Doctor from Università degli Studi di Padova, complemented by a Master in Law, Economics and Finance of International Commerce from the same university, as well as participation in the Columbia Summer Program in American Law at the University of Amsterdam.
