David Kirchblum

David Kirchblum is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Co-Chair of the Commercial Finance Group and Partner in the Corporate Practice Group at Cozen O'Connor since March 2017. In addition, David holds the position of Vice Chair on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Byerschool Foundation, which supports the Russell Byers Charter School. David's previous experience includes roles as an Associate in the Corporate and Finance Groups at Proskauer Rose LLP, where notable transactions involved significant financing deals, and as an Associate in Global Project Finance at Milbank LLP, contributing to substantial international financing projects. Earlier career experiences also include legal compliance at Bear Stearns & Company and as a legal assistant at Thompson Hine LLP. David holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Colgate University.
