Denise Bense

Denise Bense has extensive legal expertise, currently serving as a Partner at Cozen O'Connor since 1987, focusing on litigation related to life sciences for medical device and tissue processing companies, hospitals, and complex insurance issues involving class action litigation. Prior to this role, Denise Bense worked as a Public Defender for the Defender's Association of Philadelphia from 1982 to 1987, engaging in a demanding trial practice with numerous bench and jury trials. Earlier experience includes serving as a Judicial Clerk for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, where extensive case law research and opinion writing were conducted.
