Eric Freed

Eric Freed is a legal professional with extensive experience in insurance law, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Currently serving as a Member and Vice Chair of the Global Insurance Group at Cozen O'Connor since July 1989, Eric practices in various courts across the United States. Prior to this role, Eric worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from September 1984 to June 1989, where responsibilities included prosecuting serious felony cases related to child abuse and career criminals, demonstrating significant bench and jury trial experience. Eric holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University.
