Laura Sorscher

Laura Sorscher is a seasoned real estate and transactional attorney with extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Currently a Member at Cozen O'Connor since October 2016, Laura has previously served as a Partner at Baer Crossey McDemus LLC, where the focus was on real estate and commercial contracts. As a sole practitioner from 2010 to 2012, Laura managed a diverse legal practice. Prior roles include General Counsel and Senior Counsel at Advanta Bank Corp and Advanta, respectively, and a Partner in the Real Estate Department at Wolf Block. Laura holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BS in Economics, Management, and Political Science from The Wharton School.
