Lawrence Prosen

Lawrence "Larry" Prosen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction litigation and government contracts. Currently serving as a Shareholder/Partner at Cozen O'Connor since February 2021, Prosen is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group in Washington, D.C. Previously, Prosen held positions as a Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Thompson Hine LLP, where the focus included public and private construction litigation. Prosen also contributed as a Partner at K&L Gates and was a member of the Government Contracts and Construction Litigation Practice Group at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd. Prosen began a legal career as an Associate at Braude & Margulies, P.C. Lawrence Prosen holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland.
