Michael Zanan

Michael Zanan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a member/partner at Cozen O'Connor since April 2014. In this role, Michael is an active member of the Audit Response Committee and the Corporate Practice Group, focusing on corporate governance, complex business transactions, and advising both public and private companies on financing and compliance matters. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP, where Michael honed skills in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and venture capital transactions. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree and an MBA from Villanova University, as well as dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Premedicine from Penn State University.
