Fabian Schwarzer

Fabian Schwarzer is a co-founder and COO at Cozero, where since June 2020, the Climate Action Platform has aimed to empower enterprises by integrating sustainability into business operations and transforming carbon management into a competitive advantage. Prior to Cozero, Fabian served as a senior consultant at Roland Berger from January 2016 to December 2019, focusing on digital transformation across various sectors, and as a business analyst, supporting efficiency improvement initiatives for a regional energy provider. Earlier experience includes contributions as a founding team member at SHEV Labs Nanotechnologies Ltd., an off-cycle M&A analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and a master's candidate at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and INCAE Business School, where Fabian earned degrees in Management and International Business.
