Camille Dionne

Camille Dionne currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Cozey, focusing on enhancing the employee journey to support international expansion. Prior to this role, Camille held various positions at Dialogue, including Senior Manager of Talent Management, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition operations and leading diversity and inclusion strategies. Camille also served as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist during tenure at Dialogue. Earlier, Camille worked as Talent Lead at Diagram Ventures, consulting on HR matters for portfolio companies, and held roles as a Human Resources Intern and Administrative Assistant at Sun Life. Camille holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
