Cyndel Stirland

Cyndel Stirland, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources. Cyndel currently holds the position of HR Director at Cozy Earth, where they have been since 2023. In this role, they advise executive and management teams on HR matters, establishes and implements HR processes and procedures, and conducts companywide compensation analysis. Prior to this, Cyndel worked at Xyngular Corporation from 2014 to 2022. Cyndel held various roles, including Employee Experience Manager, HR Generalist, and Executive Assistant to the COO/HR Assistant. At Xyngular, they managed employer benefit strategies, maintained ADA compliance, implemented HRIS systems, and assisted in developing internal policies and hiring processes. Cyndel also worked as a Team Lead at Davinci Virtual Office Solutions from 2010 to 2013.

Cyndel Stirland, PHR, has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Utah Valley University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended the University of Utah from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued General Studies. In addition to their educational background, Cyndel has obtained certifications in the field. Cyndel became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in October 2019 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Cyndel also obtained a Workplace Mental Health Ally certification from Psych Hub in April 2022.
