Nabhassawan Nomngamsak

Nabhassawan Nomngamsak is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent and succession planning, as well as learning and development. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at CP ALL Plc since October 2018, Nabhassawan oversees talent strategies and acts as an HR business partner. Prior to this role, Nabhassawan held the position of AVP-Human Resource at PTG ENERGY, leading HR business partner and learning and development functions. Nabhassawan's career also includes a tenure as General Manager at Southeast Insurance and Finance Group, focusing on learning and development initiatives and scholarship programs. Earlier experience includes over a decade at Advanced Info Service Plc, where talent capability development was a key responsibility. Nabhassawan obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from NIDA between 1995 and 1997.
