Romina Puckett

Romina Puckett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, merchandising, and licensing within the retail and design industries. Currently serving as the Director of Licensing at CP Brands Group and as the Product Development & Creative Director at BAZAR 1980Co, Romina specializes in interiors and styling, offering both in-person and remote design services. Previously, Romina held multiple roles at Nautica, including Senior Product Development Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the product development process for various licensed home and women's products. With a solid foundation in brand management from Bradford Licensing and a background in merchandising and product development at Authentic Brands Group, Romina consistently collaborates with licensees to optimize brand performance and marketing alignment. Romina holds a Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University and additional education from New York University.
