CP Capital (formerly HQ Capital Real Estate) is a highly-disciplined U.S. real estate investment manager specializing in multifamily properties. Since its inception in 1989, the firm has invested in approximately $15 billion of real estate assets through its funds and separate accounts on behalf of global institutions, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals. An additional $3 billion of commercial real estate was managed on behalf of foreign institutional investors.
